The Suprasetter designers strive to achieve maximum quality while maintaining the traditional reliability of the equipment from the manufacturer, as well as the principle of modularity. The increased resource of the new optical head, which is used for the first time in the Suprasetter, has been realized due to a large number of thermal lasers with a power of 120 mW. In this case, the exposure process can be carried out even if some of the lasers fail. One device can contain up to 6 such laser heads. The Suprasetter’s well thought-out design allows the productivity of complexes built on its basis to increase, gradually adapting to the current needs and needs of the printer in printing forms. Due to its modularity, the CtP device can be easily combined with other equipment from the manufacturer. Different levels of automation can be used with the Suprasetter: the equipment can be operated either manually or fully automatically. This allows you to make the work of printing notebooks as comfortable as possible for operators. Specifications Working speed 21 plates per hour Max. and min. plate size 670×760 / 240×240 mm Resolution 2400 or 2540 dpi Plate thickness 0.15 – 0.3 mm
The set of equipment allows you to carry out all kinds of testing of smart cards according to a given algorithm in order to identify defective cards.

Offset printing
This is a technology for indirect transfer of an image from a printing plate to a medium using an intermediate blanket cylinder with an elastic rubber surface. Offset printing on plastic card blanks is rightfully considered the leader among modern printing technologies. The finished products are of high quality, accurate reproduction of halftones and shades, smooth color transitions, careful drawing of small characters and the finest details.
This printing is carried out on a specialized offset machine with paints followed by a protective coating, glossy or matte. This printing method makes it possible to print layouts of any complexity with perfect color reproduction and image clarity. Offset printing is great for medium to large print runs, when the question is not about print speed, but about its quality.
Benefits of offset printing
The main advantage of offset printing is the low cost and high quality of the print.
Up to eighty encoding heads in one compact station, the MS350-2 GSM will personalize eighty chip modules simultaneously with a minimum of moving parts. The ruhlamat® patented system also ensures the correct sequence of cards and its correct reproduction if needed. The number of contact stations can be selected based on current needs and easily upgraded at a later time. Two state-of-the-art laser systems engrave the GSM card including barcode in 0.5 seconds.
The GTL700 is a highly reliable and flexible solution for glue tape lamination of chip module tapes in preparation for the hot melt implanting process. The glue tape is laminated onto the backside of the module tape. To accommodate the chip, holes are punched into the glue tape prior to lamination.
The system operates stand-alone or inline, and is suitable for a wide range of IC module tapes. Various punching and laminating tools are available, which can be exchanged with a few simple steps. Optional reel units allow use of an additional protection tape and separation of carrier tape.

The DigiDens T6CR is a robust and precise b/w transmission and color reflection densitometer for reproduction and printing houses. Due to its latest sensor and microprocessor technology, it is small and handy in size, exceptional in precision and very easy to use. Density and percentage can be measured on transparent films as well as on reflection media.
